You planned for birth. What about after?

Postpartum is one of the biggest physical and hormonal transitions of a woman's life. You shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

The guide is a sample of what's inside. The full programme begins in pregnancy, so you're prepared before your baby arrives, then guides you through the first 45 days postpartum.

The first six weeks are when your needs are greatest.

The hormonal shifts. Healing from birth. Feeding. Running on broken sleep. Navigating the changes in your relationship.

Feel more supported and present in those tiny newborn days

Knowing what’s happening in your body, what can help, and what to focus on next as you recover.

With three nurturing herbal blends for recovery, feeding and broken nights, so there’s less to figure out, and more space to rest, recover and be with your baby.

The questions every mum asks

How we can tailor the programme to you

Q.Currently pregnant?

Postpartum preparation starts before the baby arrives. Begin in your third trimester: preparing your body, your partner and your home for your recovery.

Then, from birth through the first 45 days, we guide you through what is happening to your body, and what you can do to support your healing, recovery and the adjustment of becoming a mother.

Q.Already postpartum? Do I need to start on Day 1?

We will start the programme to meet you where you are at and what makes sense for your postpartum stage, so you're getting the support that's relevant, right now.

Q.Not breastfeeding?

However you feed your baby, the programme is here to support your postpartum recovery. If breastfeeding isn’t part of your experience, we’ll swap the Breastfeeding Blend for The Calm or Mama Recover. Just message us via the website chat and we’ll take care of the rest.

Q.What if I miss a day or fall behind?

There is no falling behind. This isn't homework. The support is there for when you need it, and you can read, listen, or come back to anything in your own time.

Q.Had a C-section or a complicated birth?

Postpartum recovery looks different after every birth. While your own medical team should always guide any care specific to complications or surgery, the programme supports the physical, hormonal and emotional realities of recovery across different birth experiences - vaginal and c-section.

Q.Beyond 45 days postpartum? Mama, you are still recovering.

Our herbal blends are designed to support the longer arc of postpartum recovery, through the first 18 months and beyond. The Fourth Trimester Set is made for this stage.

And if you’re unsure which blends to take, when, or how, message us. We respond to every message.
