By using this Website and shopping with The SABI, You, as the visitor to the Website or as a client of The Sabi, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated below.
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of The Netherlands and by using the Website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
The SABI is the trading name of The Sabi Collective B.V., KVK number 85230618 with registered offices at Nachtwachtlaan 240, 1058 EJ, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and VAT Registration Number NL863554283B01.
All correspondence, except sales and orders, should be addressed to the Company´s registered address as stated above.
In these terms and conditions the terms ´we´, ´us´and óur´ refer to The SABI - and the terms ´you´ and ´your´ refer to any visitor to the Website or any client of The SABI.
´Goods´ are those items which are displayed for sale on the Website
JURISDICTION
www.thesabi.co is hosted on servers in Europe and the company is registered officially in The Netherlands . Your access and use of the Website shall therefore be deemed provided and governed by Dutch law. If you are residing in a jurisdiction where access to websites such as The SABI is forbidden, you do so under your own risk.
COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES

Subject to our privacy policy, in relation to any unsolicited information that you send us, you provide The SABI a non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sell, assign, translate, transfer, sub-license, create derivative works from, distribute and display the information in any form, media or technology, either alone or as part of other works.
The website is owned and operated by The SABI. The design and content features on the Website, including images, artwork, graphics, photography and text are controlled and licensed by The Sabi Collective BV. The site is protected by copyright and all world rights, titles and interests are reserved.
We have taken significant care in creating this Website and to the best of our knowledge have ensured that all details, descriptions and pricing on all Goods are accurate. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on the Website may contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We do not take any responsibility for inaccurate information and reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for the delivery of goods to an address that is incorrect, incomplete or has been submitted incorrectly.
- If we are delivering during a peak time, The SABI does not hold any responsibility over the delay of products that are out of our control. Where we can, we will also endeavour to deliver goods as soon as possible .
We ask that you inspect your Goods upon delivery to ensure your order is complete. If there is any problem with the delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the Goods.
- We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our products at any time
- Our prices are subject to change and can be made without notice
- Depending upon the geography where you are purchasing our goods, prices may or may not include applicable taxes, duties or the cost of shipping. Each jurisdiction has its specific custom and The SABI creates a policy according to each specific geography.
When making payment you confirm you are the authorised person to be making this payment and that the payment details are valid and correct. You confirm that you have been issued a valid credit/debit card or payment system by a bank acceptable to The SABI
At our discretion we may limit or cancel the sale of products or services from our website .
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until payment is finalised.
While we do our best to ensure all information on the website is correct and up-to-date, we acknowledge that errors might occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to refund payments and cancel orders if these situations arise.
If we believe you have made a false or fraudulent order, we are entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
If you are not a registered wholesaler, you may not resell our products. They are for your personal consumption or gifting only.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive document between us concerning your use of or purchases on the Website.We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on this Site.
By using our website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and thus agree to indemnify and hold harmless The SABI, its directors, offices and employees from any, and al, third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to legal fees), arising from, without limitation, your use of www.thesabi.co .
The rights in the designs and the content of this Website are owned by The SABI. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute or display any part of this site without our prior written consent.
The Sabi is the owner of all trademarks in The Sabi Collective BV and all trademarks, products names, company names and logos featured on this Website are the property of The SABI.
In the event your purchase has been lost or damaged in transit please retain your purchase (where damaged) and contact our Customer Services Team immediately.
If the products are faulty, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt to arrange a replacement.
For the delivery of goods please wait 7 working days from dispatch before contacting us.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
All offers and promotions made by www.thesabi.co are exclusive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one code may be redeemed against any one order or promotion. Offers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date set.
All payments to The SABI are handled securely. Payment will be debited from your card immediately on you placing the order for the Goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
All prices are shown on the Website in Euros. VAT is either included or added in addition depending upon the geographical location where you are making this purchase. All payments may be made by any of the credit, debit or charge cards listed on the website on the day on which you place the order.
All transactions will be made in Euros, and as the Buyer, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.
All prices are as stated on the Website but The SABI reserves the right at any time to adjust prices without prior notice.
Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes for which you and not The SABI are liable.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
As our Goods are made in small batches due to their natural basis, and to ensure high ingredient and product quality, inconsistencies and minor variations will occur from batch to batch, which are expected by the Company. This is entirely normal. As the Buyer, you shall accept minor variations and shall only be entitled to refuse the whole or part of the goods if the variations render the Goods totally unfit for purpose for which they are sold.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our customers come first, so if after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, so long as the Goods have not been packed to leave The SABI fulfilment centre. To cancel an order you need to contact us either through our Customer Services Team or by telephone on + 31 6 244 628 49
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please simply return the unused Goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot make a refund for goods that have been opened, used, or damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale. The exception is if you have an adverse reaction to the product.
Otherwise we only accept returns if the Goods are unfit for the purpose for which they were sold.
We will issue a refund which will include the costs of the original delivery (if you paid for it) including the cost of returning the goods. This refund will be made on receipt of the unused goods in their original condition
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Returns should be sent to the address below in the original outer packaging or any other secure packaging.
INSERT ADDRESS
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the Goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Goods.
Please note we are unable to return goods that are:
- Purchased during promotions
- If you purchased from one of our retail partners: you should return the goods directly to them
If the goods arrive damaged please take a photo immediately within 48 hours of receipt and send us photographic confirmation of the damage experienced during transit.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or pass on any details that you provide us with to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for two reasons:
- To process your order, and
- To provide you with the best possible service we can.
We may, however, be obliged to disclose certain details in the event we are required to by law.
We would like to keep you up-to-date with our latest products, promotional offers and news and if you give us your consent we will contact you either by email or post. Except for dealing with an order, we will not contact you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing material or other contact from us in the future.
Information that we will collect about you will include: your title, name, address, phone number, email address and what products you have purchased from us. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If you would like to alter or check your details, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Note, that if you sign up to an account you confirm you will use true and accurate information You are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your account. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your account. You agree that we may have to access your account and disclose information if required to do so by law or if we have a reason to believe that such actions are reasonably required.
PAYMENT
The SABI is using secure payment systems set up by highly reputable third parties. In processing your payment to The SABI you are confirming that payment is being made on a secure system. You are also confirming that you have the right to make the payment with the credit/debit card you are processing the payment with.
Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities
Payments to The SABI must be made by one of the following systems: visa, mc, amex, apple, google, Sofort, IDEAL and PayPal
WARRANTIES / DISCLAIMER
The Sabi is unable to provide any warranties in relation to Goods over and above its statutory obligations to provide Goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The Goods, and the information on the website, at no time intend or claim to, treat, diagnose, cure or alter any hormonal imbalance condition.
No warranty is given as to the suitability of the goods for any particular purpose.
We will not be liable in connection with these Terms and Conditions for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use of any of the Goods produced at The SABI; any economic losses (including without limited to loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the use or receipt of our goods and services.
Our materials are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical or other professional advice or opinion of any kind. You are advised to seek specific legal and/or medical advice by contracting a professional prior to their use.
This website, the services, the products and The SABI materials are provided on an as is, where is and with all faults basis without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied representations, warranties or conditions of concerning the availability, accuracy, completeness or usefulness of The Sabi materials, uninterrupted access, and any warranties or conditions.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

- The SABI accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Website. The Sabi will also in its absolute discretion fully cooperate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities with respect to any investigation of suspected unlawful activity or violation of network security.
- The SABI may change the format and content of the Website from time to time. You should refresh your browser each time you visit the Website to ensure that you download the most up to date version.
- We have the right but not the obligation to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update this material at any time - without prior notice to you.
