UK & EU 

We provide free shipping for orders over €50 

Shipping takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse

For next day delivery there is a cost of: €XX

All orders are sent on a tracked service and will arrive during the working week (Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays) 

When customers place an order for UK delivery, The SABI will pay all applicable import taxes and duties prior to delivery of goods on behalf of the customer.

Orders to the USA and Rest of World

Delivery charges will be based on the country we are shipping to. This will be calculated as you proceed through our checkout. 

All international deliveries take approximately 5 working days after being dispatched from our warehouse. During peak holidays, timings may take longer. Delivery timings may also be affected by customs clearance in the destination country which is out of our hands at The SABI. We are not responsible for such delays, nor for delays cause by force majeure.

Please note, import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website outside of Europe and the UK. These costs are unfortunately out of our hands and are subject to each individual country and customs office. We are unable to offer any assistance with these procedures. 


RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

 

Our customers come first, so if after placing an order you change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, so long as the Goods have not been packed to leave The SABI fulfilment centre. To cancel an order you need to contact us either through our Customer Services Team or by telephone on + 31 6 244 628 49. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please simply return the unused and untouched Goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot make a refund for goods that have been opened, used, or damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale. 

We only accept returns if the Goods are unfit for the purpose for which they were sold and in special circumstances. Please note, products purchased as a gift can only be refunded to the original purchaser. 

Please note we are unable to return goods that are:

  • Purchased during promotions
  • If you purchased from one of our retail partners: you should return the goods directly to them
  • If the goods do not return in their original condition: without scratches or marks on the product and the product packaging unopened and not damaged.
  • Purchased as a complete bundle: these can only be returned as a complete set - not as individual items. 

If the goods arrive damaged please take a photo immediately within 48 hours of receipt and send us photographic confirmation of the damage experienced during transit. 

If you are based in the UK or the EU we will issue a refund which will include the costs of the original delivery (if you paid for it) and the cost of returning the goods. This refund will be made on receipt of the unused goods in their original condition. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Returns should be sent to the address below in the original outer packaging or any other secure packaging.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the Goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the Goods. 

If you are based outside of the UK or the EU I am afraid we cannot reimburse postage costs; but we can reimburse your purchase which we will do within 48 hours of receiving the Goods back in the condition agreed.
