Mama Recover

Steep 1 teabag in 1 litre of freshly boiled water and cover for 10-15 minutes. Remove the bag and enjoy 2-3 cups throughout the day, warm or cold. Consume the brew within 12 hours. To enjoy the full benefits of the Herbata ritual, drink 3-4 days per week. For best results, drink for 2 consecutive weeks followed by one week off.

Continue the cycle (2 weeks on, one week off) for 6 weeks total after birth during the most intensive hormonal drop. Repeat at 12 weeks, 16 weeks and 6 months postpartum or as needed when feeling intense mood swings or overwhelmed in the first 1,000 days. Observe the dosage and break period directed above.

Calming Herbata 

Steep 1 teabag in 250ml of freshly boiled water and cover for 5-7 minutes. For more acute stress and exhaustion, use 2 bags in 1 litre of freshly boiled water, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove bags and enjoy warm or cold. Consume within 12 hours.

For best results, drink 2-3 cups per day throughout the week. Take a week's break after 2 consecutive weeks of daily, intensive (1L) Herbata consumption.

Breastfeeding Herbata

Steep 1 teabag in 1 litre of freshly boiled water and cover for 10-15 minutes. Remove the teabag and enjoy throughout the day, warm or cold. Consume 2-3 cups within 12 hours.

To enjoy the full benefits of this Herbata ritual, drink 3-4x per week and repeat weekly. For best results, take a week break after 2 consecutive weeks.
