The Calm

  • Boil water
  • Once boiling, pour the water over the infusion bag.
  • Cover (this helps retain the aromatic compounds released in the steam) whilst you brew for 10-15 minutes. Remove the bag and enjoy your blend.
  • To Consume: Daily Calm - enjoy 1 bag daily on days you feel you need additional nervous system support, rest or reset.
  • To Consume: Sleep & Recovery - for deeper evening support, enjoy 1–2 cups in the evening, ideally 30–60 minutes before bed.
  • To Consume: Periods of Stress - use daily for 5–10 days during more demanding periods, 2 teabags a day, then return to as-needed use.

The Digestive

  • Boil water
  • Once boiling, pour the water over the infusion bag.
  • Cover (this helps retain the aromatic compounds released in the steam) whilst you brew for 10-15 minutes. Remove the bag. Enjoy warm or cold.
  • To Consume: Daily Use - enjoy within 12 hours of brewing.
  • To Consume: Deep Gut Reset - drink 2–3 cups daily. Consume for two weeks, then take one week off.
