To Consume

For Mama Recover and the Breastfeeding Blend, we recommend using the blends on 3–4 days per week in total, rather than every day.

On the days you use them, enjoy up to 2 infusion bags per day.

You can alternate between the two blends depending on what your body needs. For example:

Day 1 — Mama Recover
Day 2 — Breastfeeding Blend
Day 3 — Mama Recover or Breastfeeding Blend

Then give your body a pause before using again.

Cycling the blends in this way allows for gentle, consistent support while giving the body space in between.

For The Calm, enjoy 1 bag on days you feel you need additional nervous system support, rest or reset

To Prepare the Blends
Boil water. Once boiling, pour the water over the infusion bag. Cover while brewing to help retain the compounds released in the steam. Brew for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy iced or warm.
